If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you’re not alone—and I can help. I know firsthand how tough parenting can be. I also know what’s happening inside kids’ heads when they seem impossible to figure out. For over 25 years, I’ve worked with kids, teens, and parents to boost resilience, confidence, learning, and overall well-being.

In my specialized assessments, I help parents and teachers understand kids’ strengths, where they struggle, and how to support them in the best way possible. My goal is to make learning feel easier and equip families with tools that actually work.

I work with kids, teens, and young adults through both therapy and psychoeducational assessment. In therapy, I support young people navigating big emotions, anxiety, OCD, mood challenges, ADHD, and the everyday (and sometimes not-so-everyday) challenges of growing up and moving through change. I also love working alongside parents, helping them better understand what may be happening beneath the surface and find practical ways to support their loved ones.

In assessment, my goal is to help better understand a young person’s unique learning, attention, and cognitive profile. Helping clients and families understand both their strengths and the areas where additional support may make things easier at school, at home, and in everyday life.

As a parent myself, I understand that raising kids can be both incredibly rewarding and incredibly challenging. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and strengths-based. Therapy with me might involve talking things through, learning new ways to understand and manage emotions, practicing strategies together, or gradually facing things that anxiety has made difficult. I draw from CBT, exposure therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
